Decisions of the heart.

In this interview, Ken Burns was asked why he chooses to carry certain mementos in his pocket (he carries a few items in his pocket everywhere he goes).

His answer: the question requires an answer from the head, but it was a decision of the heart. Something about those items made him decide to hold onto him so closely, but it wasn’t a logical decision.

What decisions are we not letting our heart make because our head gets in the way?
