I get emails from Triathlete Magazine. Recently, they had a headline for a link titled “5 easy ways to lose time in your next triathlon.”
I clicked it thinking that they were going to explain how to get absorbed in something so that you “lose time” meaning the time will go quickly because you are thinking about something else other than the pain that your body is feeling (or maybe some other tricks).
What they actually meant is how go faster and cut time from your race.
Hmmm…shows you how my mind works. Ooops.
