I’m beginning a period of over 30 hours of mostly sitting…and a little sleeping, hopefully…as we begin our journey down to New Zealand for my next race and travel. I managed to fit 10 hours of training into my 5 day week. Now it’s time to rest and travel as well as I can.
For anyone traveling a good distance to a race, the travel time is g upoing to be off. I think we have to find confidence and trust our prior training. And to hopefully stay happy and healthy!!!
