Choosing the direction you want to head in.

We could have a race goal, or we could focus on our daily systems, doing the work, and seeing what happens.

Still working on a race schedule for 2019 and unsure what you want your goals to be?

Instead of choosing your races or what distance, you could actually just decide to keep doing the work. You could decide on a weekly workout schedule and start sticking to it and see where it leads you. Perhaps sticking to a daily routine will help you decide the direction you want to go in, whether that’s what distance of race, or which particular races, or even a mix of triathlon vs. other things.
